These terms govern your use of Kwizzz, a quiz game for Android provided by Jose Peso Buendia ("we", "us"). By creating an account and using Kwizzz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The service
Kwizzz is free. Each question has several possible answers and you have to find the correct ones; the game saves your progress to your account. We may add, change or remove questions and features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
Your account
To play you need to sign in with a Google account and be at least 14 years old. You are responsible for what is done from your account. You can delete it at any time from the app or from this page.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Kwizzz in good faith. In particular, you must not:
- try to access other people's accounts or parts of the service you are not allowed to access;
- automate the game or send bulk requests to the server (bots, scripts, scraping);
- interfere with the service or try to get around its limits;
- copy or redistribute Kwizzz questions and answers outside the game.
If you break these terms we may suspend or delete your account.
Content
The questions, answers, texts and design of Kwizzz belong to us or we have the right to use them. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use them only within the game. Questions mention third-party works, people and brands for informational purposes only.
We try to make sure the answers are correct, but they may contain mistakes. If you find one, write to us at jpesob@gmail.com.
Liability
Kwizzz is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for progress lost because of technical failures. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes and end of service
We may change these terms; we will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, let you know in the app. If we stop offering Kwizzz, we will give reasonable notice and delete account data.
